I confirm and agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to the provision of yoga training to me by Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst:
- I have been examined by a licensed physician within the past six months and have been found by such physician to be in good physical health. I am physically able to perform all vigorous stretching exercises such as the yoga exercises that I am to learn and perform during my enrolment with Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst.
- I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst and its teachers as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform yoga exercises. Any deviation by me from such instructions is at my own risk. Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst, its owners, teachers or employees are not liable for any cost, loss or injuries suffered by me caused whole or in part by my failure to faithfully follow the instructions of Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst, its owners, teachers and employees, or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst in writing. Accordingly, I release Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst, its owners, teachers and employees from any claim of whatever nature I have against them arising from such failure by me.
- I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in yoga theory and exercises only. Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst, its owners, teachers or employees are not liable for, nor expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of general yoga stretching exercises.
- The tuition paid by me under this enrolment form to Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst is non-refundable. Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst may in its sole discretion grant partial refunds to me without prejudicing any of its rights.
